In other for the House churches to be self-sustainable, he also employed the strategy of Access Ministry.

He originates from Patani in the Delta State of Nigeria. Ijaw by the tribe. Apostle D. A Governor, got saved in 1996 and became an Evangelist sharing gospel from Street to street to win the lost, his initial Passion for Studying Law was soon overwhelmed by his Passion for Winning Souls. He became part of an Evangelistic Team Visiting Liberia and Sierra Leone at those numerous Displaced and Refuges Camps and ministering on Crusades and Seminars to give hope to the Discouraged War turn Liberian and Sierra Leone Refugees.

This Passion led him to Planting Churches in Rural Communities and turn the newly Planted Churches into Bible Believing Churches until he later founded an Interdenominational outreach Ministry known as Governor Global Outreach while still accessing those Displaced and Refugee Camps both in Liberia and Sierra Leone Camp.

In pursuit of his ministry journey he enrols on Bachelor in Theology -B- in 2014, he then was Reverend until he establishes a Commission known as “Leaders for Christ Mission;

Before answering the Call of God in his life, his Ministry had been characterized by several Revelations both in dream and Trance. In 1999 he received a Parcel in a dream containing “The Holy Bible, a Pen and a Calculator” from an unknown Shining Creature at the Pulpit. Followed by another remarkable Encounter of being taken to Heaven by Two Shining Creatures; the one whose face shines like the Sun showed him the whole of Arab Countries and North Africa and told him to behold some “Arrows pointing to North Africa and the Middle East. One of the shining creatures emphatically told him “These are the Routes wherein my People are taken into Captivity; Now, I am sending you my son (David) to Bring them Back to Zion”.

This is why he was held captive with the passion of Reaching the Bond woman, via Church Planting until lately got in contact with the late Bishop Jacob Okose who Trained him and connected him with an American Guru on Movements that teach how to incredibly Multiply Disciples without necessarily having Literal Cathedral.

He currently leads his Team of Disciple Making Movement (DMM), Small Churches Planting Daughter Churches that will in turn plant other churches in unreached People – Group through the Strategy of using a man of Peace and establishing an Intentional Discovery of Bible Study Methods who make Disciples Through Networks of Disciples who incorporates them into House-Churches.  

Apostle David, upon graduation, is currently pursuing Doctorial Program with Teleo University USA, Sierra Leon Campus.

His experience in Disciple Making, as well as Church Planting, has spurred him into the action of Making his Expertise not only in Raising leaders and disciples that would reproduce themselves but also in putting them in print, his Manuscripts are about to be Published in November 2023,

Today we have taken the gospel to other African Countries like the Republic of Guinea, with other countries.
