Disciple-Making Leader

A disciple-making leader leads out of the overflow of their walk with Christ and intentionally invests in others to produce genuine disciples and ministry leaders who will multiply the movement.

This definition has three important parts.

1. Personal Walk with Christ.

The disciple-making leader leads out of the overflow of their personal walk with Jesus Christ. Most important to the disciple-making leader is, first and foremost, the authenticity of their devotion to Christ.

2. Intentional Investment in Others.

The disciple-making leader intentionally invests their life in others. Their goal is to reproduce themselves in the lives of others. They constantly recruit, select, train, invest in, and appoint new leaders. They fill their leadership teams with people who think like them, act like them, and do ministry like them.

3. Leadership Multiplication.

The end goal of the disciple-making leader is multiplication. The goal is to raise up more disciple-making leaders like themselves so the ministry will multiply into an unstoppable movement.

Leadership

Leadership is a process of social influence, which maximizes the efforts of others towards achieving a goal.

In our ministry, we lead the people and show them the way to success in what they do.

Discipreneurship

How will churches navigate these divisive days? How will they produce true disciples who are equipped not only to survive but also thrive as they infiltrate our culture with the gospel? And how will the church continue to be nimble, flexible, and malleable to raise up leaders and multiply in the current environment? The secret is really no secret. We must raise up more disciple-making leaders.

Discipleship Making is our priority in this ministry

Potential Discovery Seminar (PD)

Self-discovery is a life-long process. A self-exploration journey. The search into our inner identities. The gradual discovery of who we are, our potential, our purpose in life, and what core principles guide us along the way.

We help individuals find who they are, what roles they have to play, and the responsibilities they will need to handle, in ministry and business at large.

Disciple Making Movement (DMM)

Our training in discipleship-making is centred on Christ.

  • Christ is the center (God-focused)
  • Christ is continually being reproduced (disciple-making)
  • Christ manifests his love through the members (compassionate communion)
  • Christ works through every believer in the body (universal priesthood).
  • Christ redeems the whole of creation through the church (outward mission)

Church Planting Movement (CPM)

Proverbs 16:9 says, “The heart of man plans his way, but the Lord establishes his steps.” We plan our church planting process and allow the Lord to guide us to grow this small seed to a flowering congregation.

Missions Proper

While the Bible might not specifically use the word “mission,” the concept is rooted in the biblical truth. Mission signifies purposeful movement—being sent from one place to another for a purpose. The apostles of Jesus were among the first to be sent out on a mission to share what Jesus was proclaiming. We are the sent one.

To understand why this mission matters in Leaders for Christ Mission, Revelation 7:9-10:

After this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, robed in white, with palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, saying,

“Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the Lamb!”

This vision is the ultimate fruit of sharing the gospel around the world. Salvation doesn’t belong to any one culture, language, or race. Instead, the gift of salvation in Jesus Christ, the good news at the heart of the gospel, brings together a beautiful mosaic of cultures in worship and celebration.

Jesus lays out the role of the church in fulfilling this vision when he commissions his disciples in Matthew 28:18-20:

And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

As followers of Christ, our mission is to be disciples who make disciples.
